Deanem Collections Ltd was formed on 11th April 2007 by David Baum with the support of Joan David and a number of clients. As there are many types of debt collectors, it was David’s vision was to create a collection agency that was positioned just ahead of a clients own credit control team and to assist their clients to achieve better and more effective credit control.

Initially working from a purpose designed home office, David very quickly outgrew this space and in October 2007 he moved the office to its current location. In January 2008, the indispensible Lisa Harris joined as Operations Director, followed shortly thereafter by Oliver to assist David with Tracing.  2009 saw Sue Cash joining as a sales consultant, the very experienced Sandra Field joining as the Collections Manager and Omar Bhuyian as office administrator.  2010 saw the introduction of Jeff Birnberg, Craig Cottol & Alan Ross to our sales network.

In September 2007 we achieved approved supplier status from the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. 2009 saw Barclays Bank & HSBC officially approving us to work with their clients and in 2010 we received the same approval from Nat West/RBS.

Also during 2009 we absorbed Central Debt Managament (an independent debt advisory agency) and in October 2009 we were short listed for the prestigious Tracing Team of the year award at Debt Collection 09. In 2010, we continue to grow, absorbing another debt collection agency, Money Collectors.

Deanem Collections Limited was founded with a remarkable vision to revolutionise the way in which credit control & debt collection are achieved.

Our staff are apt at problem solving to resolve even the most difficult situation and are aware that our clients’ reputation is paramount. Consequently, unless we receive written instructions we will contact your debtor only by telephone, letter or email. We recognise and abide by all voluntary and worldwide legislation.
