David Baum:
Chief Executive: David has over 30 year’s commercial experience 18 years of which have been spent in the credit industry. In April 2007 I formed Deanem Collections Ltd with the sole intention to offer a new type of D.C.A. which offered a holistic approach to our clients and an empathetic approach to the debtors.

Prior to this David spent 16 years at the forefront of the design, creation and selling of Novelty and Promotional Merchandise. David is a life coach and qualified voice over artist.

Lisa Harris:
Operations Manager: Lisa has over 25 year’s commercial experience the majority of which have been in the credit industry. Lisa’s wealth of experience enables her to manage the outsourced credit collections team and to assist David in ensuring the smooth running of Deanem Collections.

Sandra Field:
Collections Manager: Sandra is a classically trained and experienced debt collector. After heading up Pegasus International’s debt collections team for 10 years Sandra took time out to be with her family. We are delighted that in 2009 Sandra agreed to join us and brought with her, her wealth of experience.

Jeff Birnberg:
Sales Manager: Jeff has over 30 years of sales and business development experience. Previously, he held mid and senior sales and management positions in the Mortgage Banking and Real Estate industries in metropolitan New York and a management position with Personal Hygiene Services Ltd, UK. His most recent position was that of Business Development Manager, Europe, for the global financial services firm Planet Payment Ltd.

Omar Hashem Bhuyian:
Office Administrator: Omar is a graduate in Accounting & Finance, currently studying for two CCAB qualifications, brings into the team an array of experience from media, retail to accounting industry. His versatility of skills and work hard play hard approach strengthens our team dynamics and ensures a smooth running department.
